We offer a wide range of refrigerators, including top-freezer, bottom-freezer, side-by-side, French door, and compact models. Each model is designed for different space and storage needs.

Consider your kitchen layout, storage needs, and available space (including doorway width). Our product pages include detailed dimensions and specifications for each model.

Do your refrigerators come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our refrigerators include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options may be available upon request.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the freight carrier’s schedule.

How will my refrigerator be delivered?
Large appliances are delivered via freight shipping. The delivery company will contact you to schedule an appointment. Delivery is curbside only unless white-glove service is prearranged.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation?
White-glove delivery (which includes in-home delivery, unboxing, and placement) is not standard but may be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status.

What should I do if my appliance arrives damaged?
Please inspect the appliance upon delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take clear photos, and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours.

Do you offer financing options?
Currently, we do not offer in-house financing. However, you may use third-party services like PayPal Credit or your bank’s installment payment options at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may incur return shipping fees.

What is your return policy?
You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. It must be in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

How do I request a warranty claim or repair?

Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time.
