1. Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested beyond this window will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in original, undamaged condition
- Packaged in the original box with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials
- Free from signs of installation, use, or modification
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been installed or connected to a power source
4. Return Request Process

- Your full name and order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective) Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Freight Item Returns
For large appliances like refrigerators:
- Returns must be scheduled with our freight team
- Pickup service may involve a restocking or handling fee
- The unit must be palletized and safely packed at the time of pickup
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives visibly damaged or non-functional, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging
- Keep all original packaging
- Contact us before attempting to return the item We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no fee. After that, if the item has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to standard policies.
9. Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
10. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components
- Packaging is not original or is damaged
- A restocking fee is applied (typically 10–25%)
11. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different model or size, please return the item and place a new order separately.
12. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery for a non-damaged item, return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item or if parts are missing, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
14. Warranty vs. Return
Please note that warranty claims are different from returns. If your product malfunctions within the 12-month warranty period, contact us for repair or replacement support rather than initiating a return.
