1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received and verified.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable carriers such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, and LTL logistics companies to ship large home appliances safely.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days depending on your location, product size, and carrier availability. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
5. Freight & Large Item Delivery
Refrigerators and large items are shipped via freight delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (usually during business hours, Monday–Friday).
6. Signature Required
Freight deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the address on the scheduled delivery date.
7. Curbside Delivery
Standard freight includes curbside delivery only. The item will be delivered to the closest accessible point near your curb or driveway. Delivery personnel will not enter your home unless white-glove delivery has been prearranged.
8. White-Glove Delivery (Optional)
If you require inside delivery, unboxing, or appliance placement, please contact us before placing your order to check availability and additional charges.
9. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
10. Inspecting Your Shipment
Upon delivery, please inspect your appliance immediately. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and notify us within 48 hours. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
11. Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Freight Shipping is provided on all orders over $500.
- For orders under $500 or requiring special services, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
12. Delivery Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to extreme weather, high order volume, or carrier issues. While we strive to deliver on time, ICEBERG is not liable for delivery delays once the item is with the carrier.
13. Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees and any restocking charges.
14. Changing Delivery Address
You may request a change to the delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order. After shipment, changes may be subject to a rerouting fee imposed by the carrier.
15. Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason (such as visible damage), return shipping fees and restocking charges will apply and be deducted from the refund.
16. Lost or Stolen Deliveries
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure a secure receiving area.
17. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
18. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas), order processing and delivery may take longer. Please place orders early to avoid delays.
19. International Orders
We currently do not support international shipping, but we are working toward expanding our coverage in the future.
